Wacom Intuos Pro Tablet
I was hesitant to purchase a Wacom tablet because the one I had years ago just didn’t work very well – actually it pretty much sucked. After hours and hours of research, I decided to give Wacom a second chance because this table had fabulous reviews. The reviews were right, and, as a professional designer, I can’t believe I waited so long to try a tablet again. Wacom has come a long way and I am very impressed with the precision and control I have over my workflow. It took several weeks to adapt to the pressure-sensitivities, but now I can’t imagine working without it.
Subtle Patterns Photoshop Plugin
This is exactly what it says it is – subtle patterns right at your fingertips. I use this feature daily in my designs daily. I love how the patterns give background texture but don’t scream for attention.
Adobe Typekit
I love being able to sync fonts directly into Photoshop with a click of a button and know that they are also web-friendly fonts. I also love how the fonts can be sorted by classification, availability and property. My second go to font place is Font Squirrel. Font Squirrel has a huge selection free fonts that are also licensed for commercial work.
